Included in the rent are: water, sewer, new Roku TV, cooking utensils 2 pots, fry pan, coffee maker, air fryer toaster oven, induction cook top, dishes, flat ware, a roll of paper towels, 4 cloth dish towels, 5 rolls of TP, 2 new sets of sheets. 2 new goose down feather pillows, 2 bath towels, 2 bathroom hand towels, floor mats a can of coffee and a box of tea. Limited drop of laundry and maid service is also included. 3 months rental minimum.
